2. Data we process
We only process the data that you voluntarily provide through the subscription form to our weekly Eco newsletter: name and email address. We may additionally collect technical browsing data through cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for the purpose of sending you the weekly Eco newsletter, managing your subscription and assessing the educational interest of our content. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent, given when you tick the box on the subscription form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
5. Retention
We will keep your data for as long as your subscription to the newsletter remains active. In case of unsubscription, the data will be blocked for the time required to address potential legal liabilities and then safely deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties unless required by law. We may rely on technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as data processors, preferably located within the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, limitation of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@dinveralento.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
